Accessibility Statement
PatientLead Health LLC
Effective Date: June 3, 2025
1. Our commitment
PatientLead Health is dedicated to making our website and digital products accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
2. Measures we take
- A “flare mode” toggle that enables users to switch from content heavy pages to stripped-down versions.
- Use of semantic HTML to provide clear structure for assistive technologies.
- Keyboard-navigable menus, forms, and interactive elements.
- Alternative text for all meaningful images and non-text content.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background.
- Captions or transcripts for audio and video when offered.
- Ongoing staff training on inclusive design and content updates.
- Regular accessibility audits with both automated tools and manual testing.
3. Conformance status
Our most recent audit, completed on June 3, 2025, found the site partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some content may not yet fully conform. We are addressing the remaining issues according to the schedule in Section 5.

5. Continuous improvement plan
We review the site quarterly and whenever we add major features. Remaining issues identified in the latest audit will be resolved by September 1, 2025. New content undergoes an accessibility check before publication.
6. Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and screen readers (e.g., NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS). It should operate with or without JavaScript enabled, though certain interactive tools may require JavaScript for full functionality.
7. Technical specifications
Accessibility relies on HTML5, WAI-ARIA attributes, CSS, and JavaScript. Third-party plugins are evaluated for compliance before use; any non-compliant features are flagged for remediation or replacement.
8. Formal approval
This statement was approved by Carrie Schluter, BCPA, Owner, PatientLead Health LLC, on June 3, 2025. It will be reviewed and updated at least once a year or whenever significant changes are made to the website.
