Accessibility Statement

PatientLead Health LLC is committed to making this website accessible to the broadest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility integrated into our design and development process.

Accessibility standards

This website is developed with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines are widely recognized as the prevailing accessibility benchmark in U.S. regulatory guidance and litigation.

We use WCAG 2.1 AA as our internal target for accessibility evaluation and remediation prioritization.

Ongoing monitoring

In addition to using the UserWay Widget on the WordPress portion of our website, we conduct daily automated accessibility scans and perform manual reviews of key pages and workflows. When issues are identified, we prioritize remediation based on severity, frequency, and user impact.

Measures we take

  • Use of semantic HTML and clear heading hierarchy.
  • Keyboard accessibility and visible focus indicators.
  • Accessible color contrast and readable typography.
  • Descriptive link text and form labels.
  • Responsive design for mobile and desktop devices.

Known limitations

Some content may be provided by third parties, such as embedded tools, forms, or scheduling widgets. We may not control the accessibility of third-party content. Where feasible, we will offer reasonable alternatives upon request.
