Terms of Service PatientLead Health LLC Effective Date: June 3, 2025

  1. Introduction Thank you for visiting patientlead.health (the “Site”). The Site is operated by PatientLead Health LLC (“PatientLead,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, any related sub‑domains, and all products and services we offer, including digital downloads, consulting sessions, postpartum advocacy packages, and affiliate storefronts (collectively, the “Services”).
  2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or Services.
  3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
  4. Not Medical or Legal Advice Information on the Site is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or legal counsel. PatientLead is not a healthcare provider. Using the Site does not create a doctor‑patient or attorney‑client relationship. Always consult qualified professionals for personal advice.
  5. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes become effective thirty (30) days after posting. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
  6. PatientLead Health Provides: (a) Video consultation sessions for real-time advocacy guidance; (b) Asynchronous behind-the-scenes support for message drafting, research, and documentation; (c) Web-based self-advocacy tools — interactive digital resources for organizing, tracking, and communicating health information; (d) Web-based guides and workbooks — structured educational materials for patient self-advocacy and care coordination. Service offerings, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
  7. Account Registration Some Services require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  8. Purchases and Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through third‑party processors. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
  9. Refund Policy All sales of digital products, including web-based guides, workbooks, and self-advocacy tools, are final due to the downloadable and immediate-access nature of the content. For AdvoChat, Ghost Advocacy, and Comprehensive Case Analysis sessions, clients may reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to the late-cancellation policy and are non-refundable unless covered by the one-time flare-day pass or converted to an asynchronous deliverable as outlined in that policy. Package purchases, such as multi-session bundles, are refundable on a prorated basis for unused portions, minus any completed sessions or deliverables, with requests handled individually to ensure fairness and consistency.
  10. Intellectual Property The Site and all content, including text, graphics, trademarks, and logos, are owned by or licensed to PatientLead Health LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
  11. Limited License We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Site and download purchased content for your own use. Commercial exploitation or resale is prohibited.
  12. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: • Use the Site for unlawful purposes. • Upload malicious code or interfere with Site security. • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others. • Harvest personal data without consent. • Use automated scripts to scrape or interact with the Site.

  14. Privacy and Data Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Site, you consent to our data‑handling practices.
  15. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
  16. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, PatientLead shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  17. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold PatientLead Health LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.
  18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved, claims must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
  19. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause. Sections 10‑19 survive termination.
  20. Severability If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
