PatientLead Health provides condition-specific Navigator programs delivered by subscription. These programs offer education, decision frameworks, documentation guidance, and system navigation support to help you move through complex care with greater clarity and structure.

No provider-patient relationship

Use of this website or Navigator programs does not create a provider-patient relationship. Any clinical decisions remain between you and your licensed healthcare professionals.

User responsibilities

Data storage and export

Navigator programs are designed to preserve user privacy by storing program entries and tool outputs locally in your browser rather than on PatientLead Health servers. Your entries remain on the device and browser you use to access Navigator unless you choose to export them.

Navigator includes a Data Manager tool that allows you to export your program data to a downloadable file. Exporting creates a durable copy that you control and may store securely for future reference or restoration.

Because Navigator does not maintain server-side copies of your program entries, you are responsible for exporting and safeguarding your data. Clearing your browser data, changing devices, using private browsing modes, or certain browser updates may remove locally stored information.

Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds

Navigator programs are delivered by subscription over six months. Subscription terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are provided at the time of purchase. Digital content and program access are generally non-refundable once the subscription begins and materials are accessed.

Testimonials and outcomes

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee results. Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, provider practices, and system constraints.

Intellectual property

Website content, Navigator program materials, tools, and frameworks are owned by PatientLead Health LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell materials without written permission. Personal use of materials within your own care is permitted as part of your subscription.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PatientLead Health LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, Navigator programs, or materials.

Governing law
